HGM7110N/HGM7120N series power station automation controllers integrate digitization, intelligentization and network technology which are used for genset automation and monitor control system of single diesel unit to achieve remote start/stop, data measurement, alarm protection and etc. functions. It fit with LCD display, optional languages interface (Chinese, English and etc.), and it is reliable and easy to use.

HGM7110N/HGM7120N series power station automation controllers adopt 32-bit micro-processor technology with precision parameters measuring, fixed value adjustment, time setting and set value adjusting and etc. Almost parameters can be configured from front panel of controller, and all parameters can be adjusted through PC software via USB/RS485 port and monitored through PC software via RS485. It can be widely used in all types of genset control automation system with compact structure, simple connections and high reliability.

HGM9510N/HGM9530N paralleled genset controller is designed for gensets manual/auto parallel system with similar or different capacities. Additionally, it is suitable for single unit constant power output and mains paralleling to realize automatic start/stop, parallel running, data measurement, alarm protection as well as remote control, remote measurement and remote communication functions. It fits with large LCD display, optional Chinese, English and other languages interface, and it is reliable and easy to use.

HGM9510N/HGM9530N paralleled genset controller has GOV and AVR control function, which can synchronize and share load automatically to parallel with gensets equipped with HGM9510N/9530N controller. Controller can precisely monitor all running status of gensets, and when abnormal occasions occur, gensets can parallel off from the bus and stop, in which process, fault status will be displayed on the LCD. Controller has SAE J1939 port, and can communicate with various ECU (Engine Control Unit) with J1939.

HGM9510N/HGM9530N paralleled genset controller can handle complex applications due to its controller redundancy function (not for HGM9510N), MSC redundancy function (not for HGM9510N), comprehensive fault protection function and flexible scheduled start/stop functions. HGM9520 controller is designed for manual/auto parallel systems generators. The controller allows automatic start/stop, data measurement, alarm protection as well as remote control, remote measurement and remote communication. It has LCD display, selectable Chinese, English and other languages interface, and it is reliable and easy to use.

HGM9520 controller integrates GOV (Engine Speed Governor) and AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) control functions. Multiple working modes can be selected, such as genset fixed active power, reactive power/power factor output, mains peak lopping and uninterruptedly restore to mains supply.

HGM9520 controller can accurately monitor multiple running states of the gen-set. When gen-set abnormal condition occurs, it splits bus and shuts down the gen-set; simultaneously the fault condition appears on LCD. HGM9520 controller has SAE J1939 interface that can communicate with a number of ECU (ENGINE CONTROL UNIT) which equip with J1939.

The controller uses LCD display, optional language interface including Chinese, English, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, Turkish, Polish and French with easy and reliable operation. 

HGM6100N series automatic controller uses micro-processing technique which can achieve precision measurement, value adjustment, timing and threshold setting etc. All the parameters can be configured from front panel or use USB interface (or RS485 interface) to adjust via PC. It can be widely used in all types of automatic control system for its compact structure, simple connections and high reliability.

PERFORMANCE AND CHARACTERISTICS

HGM6100N controller has six variants:

HGM6110N/6110NC/6110CAN: Automatic Start Module, it controls generator to start/stop by remote start signal;

HGM6120N/6120NC/6120CAN: Based on HGM6110N/6110NC/6110CAN, it adds mains AC monitoring and mains/generator automatic switching control (AMF), especially suitable for the automation system composed by mains and genset.

 NOTE1: HGM6110NC/6120NC has RS485 port, HGM6110N/6120N without.

HGM6110CAN/6120CAN has CAN port, HGM6110N/6120N and HGM6110NC/6120NC without.

 NOTE2: HGM6110/6120 is taken as an example to describe in this manual.

HGM6100N series automatic controller, integrating digital, intelligent and network techniques, is used for automatic control and monitoring system of single genset. It can carry out functions of automatic start/stop, data measurement, alarm protection and “three remote” (remote control, remote measurement and remote communication). The controller uses LCD display, optional language interface including Chinese, English, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, Turkish, Polish and French with easy and reliable operation. 

HGM6100N series automatic controller uses micro-processing technique which can achieve precision measurement, value adjustment, timing and threshold setting etc. All the parameters can be configured from front panel or use USB interface (or RS485 interface) to adjust via PC. It can be widely used in all types of automatic control system for its compact structure, simple connections and high reliability.

PERFORMANCE AND CHARACTERISTICS

HGM6100N controller has six variants:

HGM6110N/6110NC/6110CAN: Automatic Start Module, it controls generator to start/stop by remote start signal;

HGM6120N/6120NC/6120CAN: Based on HGM6110N/6110NC/6110CAN, it adds mains AC monitoring and mains/generator automatic switching control (AMF), especially suitable for the automation system composed by mains and genset.

 NOTE1: HGM6110NC/6120NC has RS485 port, HGM6110N/6120N without.

HGM6110CAN/6120CAN has CAN port, HGM6110N/6120N and HGM6110NC/6120NC without.

 NOTE2: HGM6110/6120 is taken as an example to describe in this manual.

10. Control and protection function: Automatic start/stop of genset, load transfer (ATS control) and perfect fault display and protection;

HGM1790N genset controller is suit for single unit automation and monitoring control (also can be used for pumping unit). It can realize manual start/stop of genset, and it can also automatically start/stop genset by remote start signal. HGM1790N controller can supervise and protect genset operation by gathering and analyzing genset data like generate voltage, current, water temperature, oil pressure and so on, and it can indicate fault conditions and do maintenance as soon as possible. The graphical LCD and touch-button operation make it clear and intuitive. Moreover, parameter threshold and delay value can be adjusted via front panel or USB port (communicated with PC software).
